Katie Price has reunited with her new husband Lee Andrews in Dubai for a honeymoon, ignoring her family's pleas and financial warnings. The 48-year-old former glamour model, who has been declared bankrupt twice, was spotted boarding a business class Emirates flight to join Andrews, amid reports of his legal troubles and exaggerated fortune.
Price's family have expressed concern over her relationship, with a source telling The Sun they 'begged' her not to return to Dubai. However, Price defended her actions in a YouTube video, stating: 'I'm a grown a**e woman. I've learned a lot in the past few years... I'm not stupid, I know what I'm doing.' She added that she is 'not worried' about the situation.
The couple have been sharing loved-up posts on social media, including beach selfies and breakfast dates. Price also reposted quotes to her 2.7 million followers, insisting Andrews treats her well in private. However, reports have emerged that Andrews allegedly spent time in a Dubai prison before their wedding, which he denies, and has been banned from leaving the UAE over a forgery claim.
Despite her financial difficulties, Price flaunted expensive items in her luggage, including custom-made bikinis. She has also been criticised for charging fans £5.99 to view her wedding content online. The couple's honeymoon plans remain in Dubai due to Andrews' travel restrictions.
