Katie Price reportedly shouted "HMP Dubai" during a boozy night out at a local rugby social event, according to an attendee. The former glamour model was seen at Littlehampton Rugby Club's end-of-season dinner presentation, believed to be a guest of one of the players.
The incident comes after her husband, Lee Andrews, disappeared and was initially thought to have been kidnapped. It was later revealed he had been arrested and was being detained at Al Awir Central prison in Dubai.
Katie attended Littlehampton RFC's event on June 6 at The Arun View Inn. Guests claim she participated in drinking games and took shots with other attendees, becoming "quite drunk and loud."
Allegedly, during the club president's speech, Katie started shouting "HMP Dubai," causing the speech to be interrupted. A guest told Sell Us Your Story: "She started shouting things that didn't make sense, then she was shouting HMP Dubai. It got to the point where people were telling her to shut up. She was the only one shouting. Everyone else was quiet and she would randomly start shouting and the speaker had to stop. She did eventually pipe down."
Later in the evening, she was reportedly "dancing at the table" before making a discreet exit.
The alleged outburst comes during a turbulent period for the former glamour model, whose personal life has once again been making headlines. Katie has remained in the public eye following reports surrounding her husband Lee Andrews' arrest in Dubai, with the pair facing intense media scrutiny in recent weeks. Despite the attention, she has continued making public appearances and attending social events.
Those at the rugby club gathering claimed the atmosphere remained largely light-hearted throughout the evening, although some guests were surprised when the alleged interruptions took place during the formal speeches.
