Reality Star Grace Lilly Faces Drug Charges in South Carolina
Grace Lilly, the 27-year-old star of Bravo's Southern Hospitality, was arrested in Charleston, South Carolina, on March 10 for possession of a controlled substance, according to legal documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times. This incident marks her second arrest within three months, raising concerns about her legal troubles amid her rising television career.
Forensic Testing Reveals Clonazepam Pills
Authorities confirmed that testing conducted by the Charleston Police Department’s Forensic Services Division identified the substance as clonazepam, a Schedule IV controlled substance. Initially, Lilly told police she believed the pills were birth control, but after the test results were received, a new warrant was issued for her arrest. She was subsequently released on a $10,575 bond, with court dates scheduled for May 1 and August 21.
Previous Arrest and "Happy Pills" Discovery
This arrest follows a prior incident on December 28, 2025, when Lilly was taken into custody on a warrant for second-degree harassment in Charleston. During that arrest, police pulled her over at a Circle K for an alleged illegal lane change and found a container labeled "happy pills" in her 2012 Mercedes C-Class sedan. The container held 12 circular white pills with a "P" imprint and half of an oblong blue pill without identifiable imprints.
According to the police report, Lilly stated that the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control, claiming she had a prescription for Xanax but could not provide proof at the time. Second-degree harassment in South Carolina is defined as a pattern of intentional intrusion into someone's private life causing emotional distress, though specific details of the harassment charge have not been disclosed.
