Free Kids Theatre Tickets for 50+ London Shows This Summer
Free Kids Theatre Tickets for 50+ London Shows

The much-loved Kids Week promotion is back, offering free child tickets to more than 50 London theatre shows throughout the summer. The deal, flagged by Money Saving Expert (MSE), allows children aged 17 and under to attend for free when accompanied by an adult paying full price.

The offer is available on selected performances through August 31. Originally a one-week event, Kids Week has expanded to cover the school summer holidays due to its popularity.

How to Get the Deal

Bookings must be made directly via the Official London Theatre's Kids Week website. MSE advises: "You can nab a free child ticket (for children aged 17 and under) to 50+ London theatre shows with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket from the Official London Theatre's Kids Week website."

Each performance has a limited number of Kids Week tickets, so availability varies and some dates may already be sold out. When MSE checked on July 20, there were over 200,000 tickets remaining.

Participating Shows

The offer covers a wide range of productions, including Wicked, Disney’s The Lion King, Beetlejuice, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and Matilda. Other shows include Les Misérables, Six, Mamma Mia!, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, and The Mousetrap.

MSE has shared a full list of Kids Week 2026 shows, last checked on July 20. The list includes Dinosaur World Live!, Bluey’s Big Play, The Comedy About Spies, The Devil Wears Prada, My Neighbour Totoro, Cabaret, and many more.

Extra Perks and Restrictions

MSE also suggests pairing the theatre trip with Kids Eat Free deals, saying: "Whether you’re grabbing a bite before the show or enjoying a meal afterwards, these offers are the perfect addition to your theatre trip."

The Official London Theatre's Kids Week website explains: "Kids Week is all about introducing young people to London theatre. A child aged 17 or under goes FREE to any participating show when accompanied by an adult paying full price, and you can buy up to two extra children’s tickets at half price. What’s more, there are no booking or transaction fees to pay."

Age guidance and restrictions vary by show. A maximum of 10 Kids Week tickets can be booked per order, including no more than five adult tickets. Exchange policies depend on the theatre, and refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled.
