Caroline Vee, a 73-year-old grandmother who was celibate for 40 years before becoming an escort, has a blunt two-word response for anyone who objects to her sleeping with men as young as 20: “Why not?”
Vee spoke about her life as a sex worker on the Tea At Four podcast alongside Virgin Island star Marianne Banda, who asked whether she had changed since becoming an escort.
Vee, who was a devout Christian before a sexual awakening aged 57 changed everything, said: “Oh gosh, yes. But as I started to meet guys, I realised that you can have fun with guys of any age.”
Confidence and younger clients
She added: “Some are taboo, you know, like some things I’ve done it’s like, ‘How dare you s**g a 20-year-old?’”
Vee continued: “I feel so confident in myself now. I can get my sex outfit on, stand in front of the mirror while I’m preparing for my client and think, ‘Yeah girl, you’ve got this. Sexy BBW (big beautiful woman) granny and everybody wants you. Bring it on.’”
She said some of her younger clients can be the most affectionate and enjoy bonding on a deeper level before getting to the nitty gritty. Asked whether anything about her clients had surprised her, she said: “I still tend to think that men just have one thing on their mind and that’s all they want. But to then meet guys that actually are not that blinkered and narrow-minded and they can actually control what’s in their pants and it is a really lovely thing to discover.”
From celibacy to escorting
As a younger woman, Vee, who lost her virginity at 16, never enjoyed sex, which explained why she went four decades without it. Referencing the best thing about celibacy, she explained: “To be honest, I was never frustrated or anything that I couldn’t. I wasn’t being tortured or anything, or restricted. It’s like, if you’ve never done something, or if you didn’t enjoy it, you’re not going to miss it.”
However, aged 57, Vee joined a dating site before having a “sexual awakening” when men as young as 18 expressed a desire to meet her. She left her church and began dating and going to swinger clubs, and becoming an escort in 2017 led to her starring on TV shows with the likes of Jeremy Kyle and Olivia Attwood’s Filthy Rich.
Common client requests
Speaking to LadBible about the most common fetish her clients are seeking, Vee said it was mostly focused around her age. She explained: “You get to the point when you've done more or less what I’ve done, that you're not shocked anymore with what they come up with.
“Because when they message you, they sort of say, ‘can I ask you something, I’ve had this fantasy?’ And you wait and you think, ‘I wonder what this one’s gonna be?’
“And usually, it's quite normal. They just want me to be their granny, you know, or their aunite or whatever. And I go, ‘Yeah that’s no problem at all.’”
