Anthea Turner has sparked controversy after branding Venezuela Fury, the 16-year-old daughter of Tyson and Paris Fury, 'useless' for her lack of cooking skills during a discussion on Channel 5's Vanessa.
The comments were prompted by a TikTok video posted by Venezuela, in which her husband Noah Price cooked steak and herby potatoes. In the clip, Venezuela admitted she had been cooking without the gas ring on and joked: 'Don't cook, let your husband do it.'
Turner, speaking on the daytime show hosted by Cherry Healey, said: 'What has annoyed me about watching Venezuela, is that nobody does their kids any favours letting them leave home useless.' She added that both boys and girls should 'leave home knowing how to do domestics and be able to cook.'
Despite the criticism, many of Venezuela's followers praised her approach. One commented: 'May this marriage find me in every lifetime,' while another said: 'Lovely to see the man cooking.'
Venezuela, the eldest of seven children, recently married Noah Price in a ceremony on the Isle of Man attended by Molly-Mae Hague. She has been sharing glimpses of married life on TikTok, including their honeymoon in Marbella.
