Sam Thompson has confirmed he has found 'the one' in new girlfriend Talitha Balinska, a year after his split from Zara McDermott. The 33-year-old Made In Chelsea star appeared on ITV's Lorraine on Friday 15 May to discuss his book, You, Me and ADHD, but the conversation soon turned to his love life.
Thompson, who was previously in a serious relationship with Love Island star Zara McDermott, has been dating model Talitha Balinska. The couple have been spotted at numerous star-studded events and have now moved in together. Speaking to Lorraine Kelly, Thompson beamed when asked about his new partner. Kelly remarked: 'You have found the one! Not the one for now but the one.'
Thompson gushed about Balinska, saying: 'She's absolutely stunning and she's the nicest, loveliest human being and she's mad, in like all of the most amazing ways and she just gets me so well.' When pressed on whether she was the one he wanted to spend his life with, he replied: 'I wouldn't be with her if I didn't - I'm too old! Yeah, she's amazing.'
Thompson also discussed his ADHD diagnosis in 2023, which inspired his children's book. He said: 'This is the book I wish I'd have read as a child. And to be honest, I wish my parents had as well... There are bits in this that have made me really emotional as it genuinely feels like I'm talking to my younger self.'
