Sam Thompson has opened up about his love life, confirming he has moved in with his new partner, model Talitha Balinska. The Made In Chelsea and I'm A Celebrity star appeared on ITV's Lorraine on Friday 15 May to discuss his latest book, You, Me and ADHD, but the conversation quickly turned to romance.
A year after splitting from Zara McDermott, the 33-year-old reality star told presenter Lorraine Kelly that he has found "the one." He gushed: "She's absolutely stunning and she's the nicest, loveliest human being and she's mad, in all of the most amazing ways and she just gets me so well."
Lorraine praised the couple, saying: "You have found the one! Not the one for now but the one. Congratulations because that doesn't always happen." She added: "I mean look, she's absolutely stunning and she's a lovely girl which is much more important."
Sam confirmed the pair have moved in together, and when asked if Talitha is the person he wants to spend his life with, he replied: "I wouldn't be with her if I didn't - I'm too old! Yeah, she's amazing."
Following his split from Zara McDermott early last year, Sam spoke candidly about feeling "sad and down." Zara has since been linked to One Direction's Louis Tomlinson.
Sam also discussed his ADHD diagnosis in 2023, which inspired his children's book You, Me and ADHD. He said: "This is the book I wish I'd have read as a child. And to be honest, I wish my parents had as well... There are bits in this that have made me really emotional as it genuinely feels like I'm talking to my younger self."
He added: "From the moment I spoke about my ADHD in the jungle over 2 years ago, I've received nothing but love and support. I feel like I have a HUGE family and every person who comes up to me and talks to me about their own experiences makes me realise how lucky I am."
Lorraine airs on ITV1 weekdays at 9.30am and is available on ITVX.
