Liam Gallagher has said Oasis will not tour again after their 2027 dates unless they have new music to play. The statement follows the sell-out of all 42 shows on the Oasis Live '27 tour, which sold out over the weekend during three days of onsale windows.
Liam hinted that more shows could be announced, but only if the band returns to the studio first. He teased: "Listen if all goes well with the tour I guess nxt step is to have a chat about new music can't see us touring again unless we have new music."
No New Material Since 2008
Oasis have not released any new material since the Dig Out Your Soul album in 2008. Noel Gallagher recently said there were no plans to get into the studio, but the success of next year's tour could change that.
Liam Urges Fans to 'Sneak In'
Liam has urged fans who missed out on tickets to "sneak in" to the Oasis Live '27 gigs. When the ballots were over, he said: "That's all folks, we have officially sold out. No more tickets left. Congratulations to everyone who got a ticket and to those who didn't, sneak in, f**k it, YOLO. LG x."
Fans reportedly sneaked into concerts on the band's 2025 tour, with hundreds of ticketless punters managing to enjoy their Heaton Park gigs in Manchester after mapping out weak spots in the perimeter fencing. Liam said: "Obv I want everyone to see us as we're the BOLLOX but you can only do what you can do I'm very appreciative."
Warning Over Fake Tickets
Liam promised next year's gigs would be Biblical, adding "we won't let you down". Meanwhile, Oasis reminded fans to remain vigilant and avoid scams selling tickets on social media, warning that such tickets will be fake and invalid. Tickets currently seen on secondary websites are also liable to be cancelled. Resale tickets will only be available via Ticketmaster and Twickets, at the price originally paid, nearer to the tour dates.
