Madonna Plasters Posters for New Album in Shoreditch

Madonna was spotted in east London late at night putting up posters to promote her upcoming album, Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II. The pop icon documented the experience in an Instagram video, showing herself alongside two men applying posters across the capital, including the trendy Shoreditch area.

The video, set to her duet ‘Bring Your Love’ with Sabrina Carpenter, was captioned: “Did you find yours?” Fans were delighted to see the poster reveal that the album contains 12 tracks, including one titled ‘Danceteria’, named after the legendary 1980s New York nightclub. The track list does not name featured artists, despite expectations of several collaborations, including Sabrina Carpenter.

Fans expressed their excitement in the comments, with one writing: “Wow this blows my mind. Madonna puttin up her own posters. Absolute queen.” Another said: “Hardest working woman in show business. No one comes close.” A third commented: “I appreciate you taking it back to encourage all of us who are out here still doing guerilla marketing!!!!”

The collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter came after Carpenter brought Madonna on stage at Coachella. Producer Stuart Price, speaking at a listening event, said the duo had “immediate” chemistry. He told The Sun: “Her and Sabrina had been in touch on social media. The idea of doing a song together came up. Madonna’s first response was, ‘let’s get in the room together and see’.” Price added that the team travelled to New York to work, and the dynamic was a hit: “Their physical chemistry from the second they got together in the studio was really immediate. They were funny together.”

Upon the single’s release, Sabrina Carpenter encouraged fans to “take a break from phones and go out and dance.” The album Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II is due for release on July 3, 2026.
