Lost no-phones nightclub confirms new Oxford Street venue

Lost, the elusive London nightclub known for its strict no-phones policy and celebrity clientele, has confirmed its new home in the heart of the capital. The venue, which operated for just eight months on Shaftesbury Avenue before closing earlier this year, announced its return in an Instagram post to its 65,000 followers.

New Location at Former London College of Fashion

The nightclub revealed that it has secured the former London College of Fashion as its new site. In the post, Lost said: "Lost community. We have secured the former London College of Fashion."

The venue added: "An entire block on Oxford Street to reimagine the heart of London, we want to build this with you," encouraging followers to sign up to its mailing list for updates.

Return After Temporary Closure

Originally located in the old Odeon Shaftesbury Avenue, the temporary club announced its return earlier this month. A statement said: "We have uncovered a city within a city. A 24-hour district in the heart of London. We want to build it with you."

The statement continued: "No phones. No line up. November 2026. Missed you. See you soon."

Celebrity Appeal and No-Phones Policy

The club's no-phone policy requires guests to place their devices in a magnetic pouch that is locked upon arrival. The venue features a spiralling maze of rooms with cinema screenings, live bands and DJs, which has drawn celebrities such as Charli XCX, Olivia Rodrigo and Central Cee.

The Standard's Jordan Page, who visited Lost in May before it closed, described the "banishment of phones" as "refreshing" and called the party the "defining night out of the 2020s". Page added: "Whatever the next edition looks like, the first iteration of Lost achieved something that many thought a club in 2026 couldn't — it got us excited about going out in central London again."
