Jorja Smith has announced two intimate Manchester events to coincide with the release of her latest album.
Manchester shows and album details
The Parklife 2025 headliner first broke out onto the scene with the release of her debut album, Lost & Found, back in 2018. The same year, she was named the Critics Choice winner at the BRIT Awards and also won the Best British Female Solo Artist prize at the 2019 ceremony.
Throughout her career, the West Midlands singer and songwriter has worked with artists including Stormzy, Drake, Burna Boy and Nia Archives. She will release her third album, What Are The Odds, later this year.
Special performances in three cities
To coincide with the upcoming record, Jorja has announced she will be hosting a series of special performances in London, Manchester and Berlin. The What Are The Odds shows have been headed as a party set, featuring a performance from Jorja.
The first show will take place at Circuit, Kingston on August 27 before she heads to Manchester for two shows at New Century Hall on September 2. There will be a matinee show at 5pm and another at 8pm.

Posting on Instagram, Jorja wrote: "LONDON, MANCHESTER, BERLIN. We’re outside for WHAT ARE THE ODDS ! Come and join me for these special performances."
Organised by the Rough Trade record store, tickets will go on sale on Wednesday (August 5) at 10am via DICE and will start from £24. Describing the event, promoters said: “Please note this is an album release show so performances are usually around 45min.
“Jorja Smith performing songs from the new album and old favourites with a DJ.”
The new album has been billed as a continuation of her legacy with a ‘euphoric offering rooted firmly in dance music’ stemming through garage, grime, two-step, soulful house, afro house, and more.
“This is music to make you move," Jorja previously said of the new album. “I want people to hear it on the dancefloor, where the sun is shining, in the car and in their headphones on the night bus home. This is a record for driving and vibing.”
