Geordie Shore Stars' Babies Due One Week Apart

Pregnant Geordie Shore stars Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei have delighted fans by sharing sweet snaps of themselves cradling their growing baby bumps during a joint babymoon in Paris. The reality TV duo, who both rose to fame on the MTV series in 2011, revealed that their babies are due just one week apart.

Baby Bump Reveal

Holly, aged 33, and Sophie, 36, showcased their bare baby bumps in matching black crop tops and wide-legged trousers. In another snap, Holly, who is 36 weeks pregnant, wore the same outfit for dinner while Sophie opted for a dazzling knitted top paired with white jeans. Holly captioned the post: "Bestie'd so hard our babies will be 1 week apart."

Family Updates

Holly is already a mother to her two-year-old son, Alpha-Jax, and is expecting her second child with her husband, Jacob Blyth. Meanwhile, Sophie is preparing to welcome her first child with TOWIE star Jordan Brooks, after enduring a series of fertility challenges.

Sophie's Pregnancy Struggles

Their getaway comes after Sophie opened up about her pregnancy in March, revealing that she has been struggling with "gender disappointment" over her unborn baby. After a two-year fertility battle, Sophie fought back tears as she admitted to feeling "low and miserable." Speaking on her podcast, Shall We, alongside co-star Holly, the duo discussed the topic. Sophie said: "This is everything I've ever wanted, why do I feel this low and miserable? I just don't like this feeling like I don't know what the hell I'm gonna do." She later added: "This is just amazing and magical but then I was like, 'There's blue.'" Holly reassured her: "Gender disappointment is absolutely a thing, I see it all the time on social media." Sophie replied: "I think people shouldn't be knocked down for that."

Jordan's Health Battle

It also comes as Sophie's boyfriend Jordan revealed he is "praying for a miracle" while battling a brain issue in hospital. The TOWIE star shared earlier this year that he had been admitted to hospital over the weekend and is suffering from "swelling of the brain." In a recent update, Sophie disclosed that she is now allowed to visit Jordan after it was confirmed that his condition is not contagious. She wrote: "As hard as this is I am finally allowed to see my Jords as there's nothing contagious. His strength is just amazing and we will get through this as a family. Thank you for all your well wishes we are all praying for a more positive day."
