Dilly Carter, the professional organiser known for BBC One's 'Sort Your Life Out', has a life story that extends far beyond decluttering. Born in Sri Lanka, she was adopted at age three by an English mother, Freda, and a Sri Lankan father, Deya, who died of dementia in 2010.
