A new trailer for 'Camp Rock 3' has been released, marking the return of the beloved Disney franchise 18 years after the previous instalment. The film brings back Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas as the band Connect 3, alongside Maria Canals-Barrera reprising her role as Connie.
The plot follows Connect 3 as they lose their opening act for a reunion tour, prompting them to return to Camp Rock to find new talent. An official synopsis teases tensions, friendships, unexpected alliances, revelations, and romances as campers vie for the chance to open for their favourite band.
Demi Lovato, who starred in the original 2008 film and its 2010 sequel, serves as an executive producer on this third instalment, alongside the Jonas Brothers. The film premieres on 13 August on Disney Channel, with a Disney+ debut the following day.
New cast members include Sherry Cola, Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts and Ava Jean. Veronica Rodriguez directs from a script by Eydie Faye.
