The actress, promoting the upcoming film The Devil Wears Prada 2, was seen on 16 April wearing a sheer black dress under a tailored coat, with the 'New York Shoulder Bag' dangling from her wrist.
DeMellier's 'New York Shoulder Bag' is a rectangular, top-handled design with gold hardware and a long strap, described as timeless and versatile. The Princess of Wales owns several DeMellier bags, including the 'Hudson' and 'Nano Montreal'. Hathaway previously expressed admiration for Kate in a 2014 interview, calling her 'lovely' and praising the royal wedding.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, also boosted the brand's profile in 2018 when she carried a forest green 'Venice' bag in Cardiff.
