Venezuela Fury and her husband, Noah Price, have reportedly signed up for a new I'm A Celebrity spin-off show. The 16-year-old daughter of boxer Tyson Fury, who married Noah, 19, in May, is set to appear in I'm A Celebrity: The Wild Frontier, hosted by Ant and Dec in Canada next year.
Wedding popularity leads to TV deal
The couple, who have amassed a large following since their wedding on the Isle of Man, are said to be a major signing for the ITV show. The series is also reported to feature Boyzone stars Keith Duffy and Brian McFadden, along with Kate and Rio Ferdinand, as they navigate trials in the wilderness.
A source told The Sun that Venezuela and Noah are set to fly to British Columbia to film the series next month. The source said: "Venezuela and Noah are super-popular and fans can’t get enough of them, devouring every detail of their wedding."
Producers expect high ratings
The source added: "Producers know casting them will guarantee viewers, as people tune in to see how they get on without their creature comforts." However, they also expressed doubt about Venezuela's ability to cope with rough conditions, saying: "Venezuela is very glam, so may struggle to rough it."
Controversial wedding
Venezuela and Noah made headlines after their wedding earlier this year. At just 16, many thought the star of At Home With The Furys was too young to marry. The couple tied the knot on the Isle of Man, where the legal marriage age is 16 with parental consent, compared to 18 in England and Wales.
Following the backlash, Venezuela shared wedding photos on Instagram with the caption: "For everyone who said I was too young." She had also had a lavish hen party with a 'no under 15s' rule.
Social media fame
Before the spin-off news, it was reported that TV executives were interested in a fly-on-the-wall series about the couple after their TikTok honeymoon videos gained thousands of new followers. Venezuela, who has 1.3 million followers on TikTok, shares her life from cooking to decorating her new home with Noah in a static caravan.
