Kingdom Come spin-off confirmed before April 2028

Embracer Group has confirmed that a new Kingdom Come game from Warhorse Studios will be released before April 2028. The announcement came in the company's Q1 financial report, which states the game will arrive between April 2027 and March 2028.

New Kingdom Come Adventure Announced

The new game was first announced in May, described only as a 'new Kingdom Come Adventure' rather than a sequel to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Warhorse had previously said that 'If everything goes right it comes next fiscal year,' and the financial report suggests that is still on track.

Darksiders 4 and Other Releases

The same report also confirms that Darksiders 4 will be released within the same timeframe, though little is known about it. Meanwhile, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War 4 has been delayed by three months to December 3 for additional polish.

Other upcoming titles include Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis, a remake of the original PS1 game, due on February 12, and Metro 2039, a narrative-driven first-person shooter set for the same month. Remasters of Deus Ex and Thief: The Dark Project are also planned, though no release dates have been confirmed.

The Lord of the Rings game that Warhorse is working on was not mentioned in the report, suggesting it is still a long way off, with the Kingdom Come game coming first.
