Rockstar is set to premiere the third trailer for GTA 6 via a special Extended Look, with the debut scheduled for Netflix on Thursday, August 27 at 8pm BST in the UK. The footage will arrive on YouTube and Rockstar's website six hours later, on Friday, August 28 at 2am BST.
Staggered release across platforms
Unlike most trailers, Rockstar is taking a staggered approach to the GTA 6 Extended Look. It will debut on Netflix before arriving on YouTube and other platforms later. The ongoing gameplay leaks may have stolen the spotlight recently, as Rockstar tries to track down the perpetrator, but the next official glimpse at the highly anticipated sequel is now mere hours away.
It's unclear what will be shown in the Extended Look, or even how long it will be, but it's expected to involve a gameplay trailer of some kind. For GTA 5, Rockstar released a five-minute gameplay video in the run-up to launch, but considering this is set to premiere on Netflix first, it's likely that it will be stretched out over a longer duration.
