Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) is set to meet a handsome stranger named Fraser next week, and she quickly falls head over heels for him. Fraser is on the cobbles for business as a personal driver, but while his passenger runs errands, he heads to the local pub, where Glenda is instantly smitten.
The pair get chatting, and by the time he leaves, Glenda has secured his number and a date. However, things take a downward spiral when Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) gets involved.
Todd's fury over tough love
Todd has had a rough year, and though his loved ones are sympathetic, they band together to confront him about his drinking since returning from Thailand. Glenda doesn't hold back, warning him to stop treating his friends like dirt or he'll lose them all. Todd is left furious and seething.
Revenge plot unfolds
Todd can't believe his luck when he learns Fraser is gay, and a plot to get his own back on Glenda unfolds. The question remains: how will she take his harsh revenge, and could Todd push all his friends away?
