Ross's Devious Plan Unfolds
Ross, portrayed by Ian Burfield, recently arrived on the cobbles and quickly integrated into Tyrone's life, even starting a relationship with Tracy Barlow. However, Cassie exposed a devastating secret at Ross's birthday party: he had paid her for sex when she was just 15, leading to her pregnancy with Tyrone.
After the revelation, Ross threatened Cassie, and she attempted to poison him to force him out of Weatherfield. But Ross turned the tables, poisoning Tracy instead, who was rushed to hospital. Cassie's family turned against her, despite her claims of innocence.
Kidnapping and Aftermath
