Altitude, a rooftop bar on top of NX in Newcastle, has returned for 2026, accessible via a 'secret' door at the side of the building. The venue is open on Saturdays from 2-9pm, offering a relaxed daytime escape that evolves into an afternoon party spot.
Balearic atmosphere and city views
The bar features Balearic influences with contemporary European styling, including colourful murals, bamboo detailing, ambient festoon lighting and stylish seating areas. Guests can enjoy expertly mixed cocktails, bottomless brunches and bespoke drinks while taking in uninterrupted views across Newcastle from one of the city's highest rooftop terraces.
Walk-ins are welcome throughout the summer, or tables can be pre-booked at www.altitudenewcastle.com.
