With summer holidays underway, Merlin has already confirmed details for its Christmas events at Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland and Warwick Castle, allowing families to plan ahead and potentially save money.
Merlin Annual Pass holders can book tickets for the seasonal events as part of their membership. The Essential pass costs £139 for the year, the Gold pass at £239 adds 20% off food and free parking, and the Platinum pass at £299 includes a digital pass for on-the-go entry. Passholders get access to more than 20 UK parks and resorts for 339 days of the year.
Santa's Sleepover at Alton Towers
Alton Towers will host its Santa Sleepovers from November 27 to December 23. Those staying at the resort's hotels can see Christmas decorations, tour the North Pole and visit Santa's grotto. Prices start from £96 per person and include a festive meal and the resort's Christmas pantomime.
Chessington Christmas Village
Chessington World of Adventures will hold its Christmas events from November 21 to December 24. The Christmas Village takes visitors on a festive journey with snow, elves and Father Christmas. Entry to the Theme Park and Christmas Village starts from £32 per person when booked online in advance, and short stays for a family of four are available from £62 per person. Overnight sleepovers are also offered at the resort hotel.
Warwick Castle Christmas
Warwick Castle's Christmas event runs from November 21 to January 3, offering families the chance to meet Mr and Mrs Claus. Tickets are £29 per person, and the ice rink in front of Guy's Tower can be visited from £8. Overnight stays at the castle are priced from £70 per person.

An overnight stay at Chessington World of Adventures Resort starts from £96 per person, including an overnight visit, free breakfast, free car parking and one day of access to the theme park and zoo. Peppa Pig World offers toddler breaks from £177 per family, with an overnight hotel stay, breakfast and two days of park entry for the price of one.
