Brooklyn Beckham makes a brief cameo in his mother Victoria Beckham's new Netflix documentary, appearing on screen for just five seconds, further fuelling speculation of a family rift. The 26-year-old is seen dressed in a tuxedo posing for photographs with his wife Nicola Peltz as guests arrive for Victoria's Paris Fashion Week 2024 event.
Throughout the three-part series, which delves into Victoria's professional and personal life, Brooklyn is the only Beckham child not shown interacting with the family. While siblings Romeo, Cruz and Harper feature sporadically, Brooklyn appears only in old photos and video clips from his childhood, aside from the fleeting Paris scene.
Rumours of estrangement have been circulating for months. Brooklyn did not attend his father David Beckham's 50th birthday celebrations nor his mother's Paris Fashion Week event on October 3. He has also unfollowed both brothers Romeo and Cruz on Instagram. Notably, none of the Beckham family were invited to Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding vow renewal in August, just three years after their 2022 wedding.
In the documentary, Victoria speaks about wanting to make her family proud, with the camera cutting to her loved ones in the front row. However, only Cruz, his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, Harper and David are shown; Romeo is believed to have been backstage preparing to walk the catwalk. Post-credit scenes feature the rest of the family getting ready for the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards 2024, but Brooklyn is absent.
