Top two scents
Addicott's favourite is Oud Gaiac, a fresh, slightly masculine scent that becomes warm and inviting on the skin, with notes of apple, bergamot, honeysuckle, vanilla and precious woods. Runner-up is Balade in Autumn, a slightly sweeter scent with saffron, Turkish rose, jasmine, cedar and botanical moss. She also gives a special mention to Parisian Embrace, which won Best Fragrance 2026 at the Universal Beauty Awards, noting it would appeal to gourmand perfume lovers.
Longevity and value
The scents last well on skin, fading subtly over hours, and linger for days on clothes and hair. Addicott's partner remarked on the lovely smell of her top days after use. A full-size 100ml bottle costs £112, but the discovery set offers a risk-free way to test before committing.
