Gwyneth Paltrow was left 'mortified' after forgetting her credit card while shopping with her 14-year-old daughter Apple in East Hampton last weekend. The 45-year-old Oscar winner was forced to use Apple Pay on her phone at the high-end boutique Blue & Cream to avoid the credit crisis, according to Page Six.
Meanwhile, Paltrow's ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, was also in Long Island on Saturday performing at the ninth annual benefit Apollo in the Hamptons. At one point, a seemingly intoxicated brunette in a black mini-dress joined the seven-time Grammy winner onstage at Ronald O. Perelman's estate for a quick dance. In a fan video, Martin could be seen politely whispering to the mystery woman, spinning her around, before she walked off the stage without incident.
Paltrow and Martin, who are parents to Apple and 12-year-old son Moses, ended their decade-long marriage in 2016 after 'consciously uncoupling' in 2014. The actress is now engaged to Brad Falchuk, with whom she plans to walk down the aisle later this year. 'I'm about to get married again. I'm a little scared, but also very optimistic,' she admitted on her Goop Podcast.
Falchuk, 47, is producing Paltrow's next project, the Netflix comedy series The Politician, which also stars Ben Platt, Barbra Streisand, and Zoey Deutch.
