Iggy Azalea has debuted a new tattoo honouring her two-year-old son, Onyx, in a series of Instagram posts on Tuesday. The 31-year-old rapper, whose real name is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, shared photos and videos flaunting her curves in a cleavage-baring lace bodysuit, but fans were quick to notice the fresh ink on her arm.
The tattoo depicts a cherub holding a banner reading 'Onyx Orion', with a sprig of flowers and a sunburst around the angel's head. Azalea described it as her 'new favourite & most special tattoo' and credited Miami-based artist Lua Hills for the work. Hills posted one of the videos on her own Instagram, writing, 'Iggy Azalea hit me up for a tattoo and I'm still blushing over it.'
Azalea already has several tattoos, including a portrait of Venus on her forearm and a flower on her hand. She previously removed a tattoo dedicated to ex A$AP Rocky. The rapper shares Onyx with ex-boyfriend Playboi Carti, whom she dated on and off from 2018 to 2020. She recently stated she is 'not on even remotely on good terms' with him and accused him of treating her poorly.
