Carole Middleton's favourite Emmy London Mabel handbag has been given a winter update, with the British luxury label unveiling a new tweed version of the design she carried at Royal Ascot.
The 71-year-old was seen with the bag in a summery raffia finish at the event earlier this year. The brand has now released the Mabel Brown Tweed Bag, crafted from houndstooth tweed in camel brown and pale blue, with the fabric woven at a British mill in Somerset.
A Heritage-Inspired Design
Priced at £595, the handbag features tan leather detailing, a structured top handle and a gold-tone clasp. Emmy London describes the design as new, and it is available to order in several other finishes and colourways, including burgundy, chocolate brown and classic black.
The warm neutral palette is designed to work with a winter wardrobe, and the original raffia version remains available for warmer months.
Availability and Delivery
The handbag is made to order, with delivery expected in approximately four weeks. A brown version is available to buy immediately.
The winter makeover follows a season in which chocolate brown has dominated fashion, with royal-inspired bags from brands such as Strathberry and DeMellier also highlighted as options for winter wardrobes.
