The two-part series features the actor reflecting on his addiction, including a cocaine binge that caused an 18-hour nosebleed and a bizarre incident where he inserted an ice cube up his rectum to stay awake for a film scene.
Sheen, who claims to be seven years sober, also speaks publicly for the first time about having sex with men, describing it as 'liberating.' He says he has no regrets, stating, 'Some of it was weird. A lot of it was fucking fun.' The documentary includes interviews with ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller, as well as childhood friend Sean Penn.
The actor vehemently denies allegations by Corey Feldman that Sheen sexually assaulted Corey Haim, calling them 'absolutely fucking bullshit.' Sheen says he should have taken legal action but didn't want to give Feldman 'that much credit.'
Sheen also discusses his HIV diagnosis, claiming he always used condoms and was undetectable, but paid partners to keep his status secret. He says the lowest payment to a single person was $500,000.
