Former Chelsea football legend Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has broken his silence following his shocking elimination from Strictly Come Dancing, describing the intense dance-off that ended his ballroom journey as "brutal."
The 51-year-old sports pundit found himself in the bottom two alongside Love Island star Amber Davies during Sunday's results show, creating one of the most tense moments of the series so far.

"Facing Amber in the dance-off was incredibly difficult," Hasselbaink revealed. "She's such a talented dancer, and knowing one of us had to go home made it emotionally draining."
Despite putting his heart into the routine with professional partner Jowita Przystal, the judges ultimately saved Davies and her partner Nikita Kuzmin, sending the football icon packing.
Mixed Emotions
Hasselbaink expressed both disappointment and gratitude about his Strictly experience. "Of course I'm sad it's over, but what an incredible journey it's been," he shared.
"Jowita was an amazing teacher, and I've discovered a side of myself I never knew existed. Who knew a former footballer could enjoy dancing so much?"
