Strictly Come Dancing Elimination Leak Sparks Fury Among Fans During Musicals Week
Strictly Come Dancing result leaked, leaving fans furious

Viewers of Strictly Come Dancing were left shocked and frustrated on Saturday night after the result of the latest elimination was prematurely leaked online, spoiling the suspense ahead of Sunday's results show.

Social Media Erupts Over Spoiler

Fans of the BBC dance competition did not hold back, swiftly taking to social media platforms to vent their anger at having the outcome revealed. One dismayed viewer wrote that their 'jaw just hit the floor', while another declared they were 'absolutely gutted' by the news. The leak has led many to predict an intensely dramatic Sunday night show, with the unexpected outcome described as 'wild' and 'totally shocking'.

This is not the first time such a leak has occurred during the current series, with previous incidents also drawing significant criticism from the show's loyal audience. In line with not spoiling the result for those who avoid leaks, the eliminated couple has not been named here.

A Star-Studded Musicals Week Performance

The eleventh week of competition was a spectacular Musicals Week, featuring five remaining couples. The evening was packed with high drama, a perfect score, emotional moments, and a surprise appearance from the beloved Paddington Bear.

McFly star Tom Fletcher performed alongside the famous bear, singing a number from a brand new West End production. The night kicked off with George Clarke and his professional partner Alexis Warr performing an Argentine Tango to 'The Point of No Return' from The Phantom of the Opera.

In a stunning turn of events, Clarke, who had confessed just a week earlier that he 'hates' musicals and skips song sequences, received a special video message from legendary composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. The 77-year-old, in character as the Opera Ghost, delivered a playful warning, concluding with a smile and 'Good luck, George.' A visibly moved Clarke later confirmed to host Claudia Winkleman that he was now a converted musicals fan. The judges awarded his performance 35 points out of 40.

High Scores and Heated Debates

Amber Davies and Nikita Kuzmin continued their impressive run, securing another perfect score of 40 out of 40 for a Charleston to 'Sit Down, You're Rockin' The Boat' from Guys and Dolls. However, her triumph was tinged with controversy online, as some fans pointed out her professional background in musical theatre, with one commenting she was 'essentially doing her day job.'

Conversely, the night ended on a less positive note for Lewis Cope and Katya Jones, who closed the show with a Salsa. They scored 35 points but received less favourable feedback from the judging panel.

The official results, confirming which couple faced the dance-off and was ultimately sent home, were scheduled to be broadcast on Sunday at 7:45pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
