Victoria missed former Spice Girl Mel C's wedding to Chris Dingwall in the Lake District this weekend. Mel B, Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton attended the ceremony at The Country House in Castle Carrock, Cumbria. However, Victoria designed Mel C's wedding dress as a gift.
