Tamer Hassan lands role in The Mummy star's new thriller
Tamer Hassan joins John Hannah in Bad Day at the Office

Love Island star Belle Hassan's father, actor Tamer Hassan, has landed a new film role alongside The Mummy's John Hannah. The upcoming action-thriller, titled Bad Day at the Office, is set to hit cinemas on October 30.

A Unique Viewing Experience

The film is captured entirely from a first-person perspective, blending a fast-paced action thriller with an adrenaline-pumping video game experience. Viewers see through the eyes of both heroes and villains, using GoPro cameras.

Action Xtreme, the production company, released a new preview earlier this week, describing the film as a "wild and relentless POV thriller".

Plot and Cast

The synopsis reveals that Karl (John Hannah) wakes up in a wrecked hotel room with no memory of who he is or what happened. He discovers a dead body in his bathtub, and two police officers soon knock at his door. This sets off a terrifying series of events, forcing Karl and hotel maid Molly (Radha Mitchell) into a dangerous descent into a world of confusion and conspiracy, with a price on his head and half the city in pursuit.

The star-studded cast includes Tamer Hassan, John Hannah, Radha Mitchell, Lana Parrilla, Tim Fellingham, Roxanne McKee, Branko Tomović, and Victor Gardener. The film is directed by Chee Keong Cheung.

Release and Premiere

Bad Day at the Office will make its World Premiere as the opening feature of the Midnight Madness strand at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. A special 4DX screening will take place on August 19 at Cineworld Fountainbridge.
