About the Film
Directed by Brian De Palma, the gangster classic stars Kevin Costner as real-life Prohibition agent Eliot Ness. Set in 1930s Chicago, Ness forms his Untouchables team to take down Robert De Niro's Al Capone. The team also includes Sean Connery, Charles Martin Smith, and Andy Garcia.
The film depicts how the law enforcement group brought down Capone by focusing on his tax evasion, which led to his imprisonment at Alcatraz.
