Blue Lights fans have another police show to binge while awaiting the next series of the BBC drama. The Canadian hit Rookie Blue follows newly qualified officers fresh out of the police academy in Toronto, contrasting with the Belfast-set Blue Lights which follows officers after training at the fictional Blackthorn police station.
Hailed as 'superb' and 'compelling viewing' by fans, Rookie Blue is available on ITVX. Season four is available now, with seasons one, two and three set to be added on August 9.
Cast and Plot
The show stars Missy Peregrym as Andrea 'Andy' McNally and Gregory Smith as Dov Epstein. Other cast members include Charlotte Sullivan, Travis Milne and Ben Bass, reports the Mirror.
The programme first aired in 2010 and ran for six series before concluding in 2015, but continues to attract new viewers on ITVX.
