The iconic drama Gilmore Girls, which has been a staple on Netflix US for 12 years, is set to leave the platform on June 30, sparking widespread outrage among devoted viewers.

However, the four-part revival was produced under a 10-year exclusive licensing agreement with Warner Bros, which will naturally expire on November 25, 2026. This means A Year in the Life will also leave Netflix US before the end of the year, but it is still unclear whether this will affect viewers in the UK.
