Meghan Markle is set to make a television appearance as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia, airing on Channel 10 on Sunday, July 26, at 7pm local time. The episode was filmed in April during the Duchess of Sussex's visit to Australia with Prince Harry.

Challenge Focuses on Seasonal Ingredients and Personal Stories

During the episode, Meghan will task contestants with creating a dish that features one seasonal ingredient and incorporates a personal story. The available ingredients include carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, Brussels sprouts, celeriac, Australian honey, macadamia nuts, quince, lemons, apples, mandarins, and strawberries.

“What attracted me to the MasterChef Australia kitchen? Two things: my love of food and my love of Australia. It was an easy yes,” Meghan said, according to Mediaweek. She added, “These [the ingredients available] are all things that, for me, feel really nostalgic.”
