Tilda Swinton made a rare public appearance with her actress daughter, Honor Swinton Byrne, at Chanel's Haute Couture Fashion Week showcase on Tuesday. The mother-daughter duo arrived hand in hand at the Grand Palais in Paris, both dressed in Chanel.
Tilda, 65, wore a red and black sheer A-line dress with a subtle nude undergarment, while Honor, 28, opted for an all-black look featuring a bomber jacket and pencil skirt. The event is part of the Fall/Winter Haute Couture Week, which runs from 6 to 9 July and includes shows from 30 fashion houses.
Honor Swinton Byrne made her film debut in 2009's I Am Love, playing the younger version of her mother's character. She later starred opposite Tilda in 2019's The Souvenir and has since appeared in TV shows such as The Crown and the drama A Very Royal Scandal, where she portrayed Princess Beatrice.
Tilda Swinton shares Honor and her twin brother Xavier with the late Scottish playwright John Byrne, who died in 2023. Xavier works behind the camera as a production assistant on major films including Dr Strange and Avengers: Infinity War.
