Coronation Street fans are still demanding answers about Jodie Ramsey, as confusion over the character persists months after her debut.
Jodie's mysterious arrival
The newcomer first appeared tied up in the back of a van driven by Emmerdale returnee Graham Foster during a multi-vehicle pile-up in January, as both ITV soaps crossed over for the first time. After escaping, she ended up in hospital and reunited with her sister Shona. She has since moved into No.8 Coronation Street and made multiple attempts to sabotage Shona's relationship with David Platt.
The trinket box mystery
Viewers have seen Jodie hold onto a trinket box containing items she has taken from other residents, including Bernie Winter, Briah Packham, and DS Lisa Connor-Swain. The box has been discovered twice by Lily Platt, and previously by Sarah Platt, who found Jodie after killing Theo Silverton and was hit over the head. Jodie was kicked out by Shona but later allowed back after confessing to assaulting Sarah.

Lily later told David she found a gun in the trinket box. The ongoing mystery has frustrated fans. @mralparr tweeted: "Jodie popping into the Writers Room to remind them that she’s been there for 7 months now, and the audience still don’t know what’s going on with her… Why was she in the van? Why does she lie and steal?" @Jane69946890611 added: "Also what was on that usb stick she stole? That still bugs me."
Some viewers want Graham Foster to return. @HasanHussain777 wrote: "Where's Graham when you need him?
