Zoe Ball has revealed that a cosmetic procedure can make performing a sex act difficult. Speaking with her stand-in podcast co-host Alex Jones, the 55-year-old said she once had Botox around her lips, but it made some tasks more challenging.
Botox Confession
Seemingly referencing perioral lines, she explained: "I had something done to my lip, I hate these lines here because I look like a right smoker and I thought I'd get something stabbed in those, because it would make a difference."
She added: "And I went to lunch with my mum a couple of days afterwards and I was literally drooling my drink down my face and she was wetting herself laughing."
Recalling her mum's reaction, she said on the Dig It podcast: "She was like, 'What the hell have you done to yourself?' I was like, 'Mum I think I've had Botox in my lip to try and stop these lines'. And she was like, 'And now you're dribbling down yourself? Well that's worked out well for you hasn't it?' And I just thought, you're absolutely right."
Zoe then went on to claim that having too much Botox around the lips can also interfere with performing a sex act. "If you have too much Botox in your lip, you can't give someone a b*****b either," she continued, leaving her co-star stunned.
"And this may well not make the podcast, but because you can't...," she went on before Alex chimed in, laughing: "We've got no time for that Zo."
"You've got the muscles," Zoe replied before adding: "There's no time for that, busy working women and mothers for god sake."
Personal Life
The Greatest Hits presenter is believed to be dating TV production designer Mathieu Weekes, though she has never publicly mentioned him by name, instead referring to him as "the lodger".
Last year, the presenter opened up about what she finds "really sexy" in a partner. "I've often had this thing, when I've been sort of dating someone, I love smelling their armpits," she admitted to her co-star Jo Whiley. "I know it sounds weird, but if you love someone, you've got to love all their smells, not necessarily their bathroom smells. I draw a line at that. But there's something about armpit smells that I think are really sexy."
Zoe has two children, Woody and Nelly, with her ex-husband Norman Cook, better known as DJ Fatboy Slim. The former couple were married for 17 years before divorcing in 2016. After the breakdown of their marriage, she began dating Billy Yates, who died by suicide just months into their relationship. She later moved on with Michael Reed, however their romance ended after five years in 2023.
