Zendaya's Risqué Outfit Almost Causes Nip Slip at Premiere

Zendaya nearly risked an accidental nip slip as she attended the photo call for her latest film, The Odyssey. The 29-year-old Challengers star caught attention with her outfit, which wrapped around both her head and her body. She attended the premiere in London on Saturday (July 4), wowing on the red carpet in a thin white dress.

Regal Look with a Risky Design

With Big Ben towering in the background, Zendaya looked regal as she posed in her floor-length white frock, which came dangerously close to her nipple. The dress clung to her body, held up by two incredibly thin strings. Little embellishments were seen along the edge, adding a flash of texture to the gown.

Standing on top of the IET Building facing the Houses of Parliament, Zendaya looked gorgeous as the dress gracefully fell to her feet. But paparazzi were stunned when she turned around: her hair, which appeared to be covered in a thin white cap, was actually twisted into the dress itself.

Accessories and Co-Stars

To finish the look, Zendaya paired her dress with thin-heeled white pumps and large Greek-style earrings. She also wore a slew of rings and hand jewellery, making her feel like a true Greek goddess. She was joined by co-stars Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong'o, and Samantha Morton for a group photo, all beaming with smiles.

About The Odyssey

The Odyssey is director Christopher Nolan's latest film after the success of Oppenheimer. Based on Homer's epic, it follows Greek king Odysseus through the Trojan War and his journey encountering mythical creatures like sirens, nymphs, and cyclopes as he tries to reunite with his wife Penelope.

Criticism of the film has already erupted, with many in Greece slamming historical inaccuracies and misrepresentation of Greek history. Conservative commentators have also criticized the casting of Lupita Nyong'o as Helen of Troy, the most beautiful woman in the world.

Release Details

The Odyssey is set to have its world premiere on Monday (July 6) in London, with a mass release to the public on July 17.
