Miller said: "Oh my gosh, you are such a beautiful human. Nice to meet you. I just have to start by saying that Spider-Man is my superhero. He means everything to me, and seeing your portrayal of MJ has meant the world." Zendaya maintained eye contact and appeared thrilled throughout.
Miller asked: "Over the course of the past ten years, we've had the privilege of watching Peter and MJ grow and come into their own. And I guess my question for you is, what has this journey meant for you and for MJ?"

Zendaya replied: "Honestly, it's meant so much to me. This is one of the first big films I was ever able to be a part of, and I'm so lucky that I've been able to grow up with these characters and in this world and on these sets. It almost feels like it's our version of high school and college, you know? And it's kind of like going back a little bit in the most forward way, if that makes sense. But yeah, I'm just really, really proud of this film and proud of the new era and this new kind of tone and shift and the bigger swings that emotionally have been taken. And from an action standpoint, I really am super, super proud. So I'm excited for people to see it."
