Nina Dobrev, who recently ended her engagement to pro snowboarder Shaun White after five years, was seen in a black cut-out swimsuit. The group appeared to be enjoying the Mediterranean sun, with Efron spotted laughing, chatting, and sitting on a surfboard in the water.

The accident caused his facial muscles to overcompensate during recovery, leading to their unnatural size. 'It was funny,' he said at the time. 'It sucks.
