David Beckham, seated in the front row of the Royal Box, sheepishly joins a Mexican wave alongside his mother Sandra and Mary Berry. Spectators enjoy strawberries on Centre Court, while on Court 5, Oleksandra Oliynykova sports face stickers of the fruit. Serena Williams returned to SW19 for the first time since retiring in 2022, accompanied by her husband Alexis Ohanian and daughters Adira River and Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. However, seven-time Wimbledon singles champion Williams lost to Maya Joint in three sets.

Jannik Sinner's blood-stained shoe after his five-set victory over Miomir Kecmanovic is captured, along with Aryna Sabalenka's reaction during her win over Teodora Kostovic. Former Wimbledon champions experience contrasting fortunes: Venus Williams and partner Kevin Krawietz lose their mixed doubles first-round match to Lloyd Glasspool and Tereza Mihalikova, while Novak Djokovic defeats Arthur Rinderknech in four sets. Two differing emotions on Centre Court show Jelena Ostapenko looking dejected during her loss to Aryna Sabalenka and Grigor Dimitrov celebrating his victory and jumping the net to shake hands with Matteo Berrettini.
