Wedding Planners Speak Out on Beckham-Peltz Feud

Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding, which cost an estimated $3 million, was marred by friction as the couple went through three different wedding planners. The final planner, Preston Bailey, expressed surprise at Brooklyn’s recent claims that his mother Victoria hijacked the day and danced inappropriately, stating he saw no tensions on the day.

However, the first planner hired was sacked after just nine days. Nicola’s father, billionaire Nelson Peltz, subsequently sued the firm Plan Design Events, demanding a $159,000 deposit repayment. The lawsuit revealed group chat messages where Nicola complained about guest list errors and being “tired of catching mistakes”, including Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton’s name still appearing after he declined.

In the messages, Nicola reportedly sent frustrated texts such as “I ASKED FOR OUR INVITE LIST. IN. VITE. NOT. RSVP.” Brooklyn described the planning as “a mess”, to which Nicola replied “more like A MURDER SCENE”. Nicola also objected to floral arrangements not being white enough, saying they should be “more white”.

The lawsuit alleged that both Nicola and her mother Claudia insisted that Victoria Beckham must not be informed about any internal mistakes in the wedding planning. This adds to the ongoing feud between Nicola and Victoria, with Brooklyn claiming his parents never made his wife feel welcome, while sources suggest Victoria was “horrified” by Brooklyn’s claims and had tried to be nice.
