Wallis and Stan Debut Baby Bump at Cannes Awards

Annabelle Wallis and Sebastian Stan have made their first red carpet appearance together since confirming they are expecting their first child. The actress, 41, displayed her baby bump in a daring backless gown as she attended the Kering Women In Motion Awards at the Cannes Film Festival alongside the Captain America star, 43.

Annabelle stunned in a revealing black sequinned dress paired with thigh-high boots. The couple, who have been together for four years, recently confirmed their pregnancy. In an interview last week, Sebastian expressed his excitement about becoming a father. 'I want to be a good dad,' he told Deadline. 'I’m feeling the responsibility of being a good father. And not to mention a good man. I’m 43 and I feel, in a lot of ways, I’m just starting to learn now. It’s just crazy to me.'

Annabelle had previously debuted her bump at the Met Gala's Saint Laurent after party. Sebastian and Annabelle were first romantically linked in 2022 and have kept their relationship relatively private. Two years into their relationship, they began making red carpet appearances together, including at the Cannes Film Festival and the Golden Globes in 2024 and 2025.

Stan recently offered rare insight into their relationship in a May 2025 Vanity Fair cover story. 'I feel like it's really difficult nowadays to be able to have any privacy whatsoever,' he said, adding that their relationship 'is not something either of them discuss' publicly. He explained that his personal life is 'the one part of my life that I try to keep somewhat for myself, even though it sort of ends up being out there.'

The couple was first seen in public in 2022 at mutual friend Robert Pattinson's birthday party in New York City. They kept a low profile until 2024, when they started attending public events together. Stan brought Wallis as his date for the premiere of A Different Man at the Berlin Film Festival in February 2024. Three months later, they walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival for his project The Apprentice. In January 2025, the couple attended the Golden Globes, where Stan won his first Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical or Comedy Film for A Different Man. He ended his speech with a sweet shoutout to Annabelle, saying, 'Annabelle, I love you.'
