Vogue Williams Confronts Online Troll Over 'Leeching' Allegations

Television and radio personality Vogue Williams has issued a fierce response to a cruel online troll who accused her of "leeching off men for money and exposure." The 40-year-old star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a screenshot of the offensive comment, pleading for more kindness on social media platforms.

Instagram Clash Over Hurtful Comments

Under one of her recent Instagram posts, an anonymous user wrote: "The brain to leech off men for exposure and money while p***ing on everyone around me? Nah thanks, I'd rather be a nice person that doesn't use others around her. But carry on."

Williams fired back directly in the comments section, stating: "Well you're certainly not doing well on the nice front! Go check MY company accounts and then come back and tell me I'm leeching off men. See you at the parade hun!"

Sharing the interaction to her Instagram Story, the media personality expressed her frustration with online negativity. "I'm never sure of the motive or need for people to publicly scrutinise someone they know nothing about. It's so shit," she wrote. "I'm sick of seeing horrible cr** on the internet and people just abusing other people because they feel like it. This person should practice being a nice person a bit more..."

Family Health Scare Amid Online Drama

The social media confrontation comes shortly after Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews faced a family emergency. Their three-year-old son Otto was rushed to Accident and Emergency over the weekend after suffering a broken collarbone.

Earlier this month, Williams shared on social media that her youngest child was wearing a sling following the accident. She posted a photo of Otto standing in a medical room at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London, captioning it: "What a weekend! Ended up in A and E with Otto and a broken collarbone. Otty keeps telling us it's not broken it's better!"

The television personality went on to praise the hospital staff, writing: "Staff at Chelsea Westminster are amazing and flew through everyone… v impressive and thankful to them. Play Doh fixes all!"

Post-Hospital Recovery and Family Support

Following the hospital visit, Williams revealed they took Otto to Chelsea Farm, a specialty food store and café on Fulham Road, because he "was allowed wherever he wanted when we left the hospital!"

Supportive messages poured in from friends and fans, including Shirlie Kemp and Catherine Tyldesley, who both expressed concern for Otto's wellbeing. Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews, 37, are also parents to Theodore, seven, and Gigi, five. The couple married in June 2018.

Spencer Matthews' Emotional Tribute to His Wife

Recently, Spencer Matthews left his wife "in tears" after publicly expressing how "proud and privileged" he felt to be married to her. In a clip from The Entrepreneur Experiment podcast shared to his Instagram, Matthews reflected on his decision to become sober for Williams and their relationship.

"I've always wanted to be better for her," he said. "I think she's an extraordinary woman, she's brave and she works so hard. She's flat out, she's an incredible mother you should talk to her about how she finds time to work so hard and be present for the three kids, because I'm not as good as her at that."

Matthews, who previously admitted he "could have died" at the height of his drinking, added: "I work hard to the detriment of time with my family, but she does both. I feel privileged and proud that she's my wife."

An emotional Williams responded in the comments: "Ahhhhh, that might have made me cry, thank you Spenno." Fans also praised the couple, with one writing: "Spencer is a lovely guy who really appreciates how good Vogue is and how hard she works, great couple," while another commented: "Every husband should speak this way about his wife."
