Now, anything she thinks of using, she must send to his physiotherapists. Diet and dining out are also affected: "He doesn't eat. We eat at home." Despite these demands, Fonseca said: "I'm very happy in this relationship. That's why I prioritise it, making it work. It's a demanding relationship; you have to have a schedule for everything, follow everything perfectly."
