Victoria Beckham 'emotional' after watching David's moving new TV show

Victoria Beckham was overcome with emotion after watching David Beckham's new Disney Plus series, Save Our Squad. The former Spice Girl attended the London premiere at Leicester Square, where she watched the screening alongside her in-laws and three of her four children: Cruz, Romeo, and Harper.

In an Instagram post following the event, Victoria wrote: 'I couldn't be prouder tonight of @davidbeckham and his INCREDIBLE @studio99 team. I was totally blown away and emotional this evening watching the screening of #SaveOurSquad. See it on @disneyplus from November 9th xx VB.'

Her son Cruz, 17, also expressed his pride, commenting: 'Wow I'm so proud of you dad I love you so much.' The Beckham family—minus Brooklyn—came out to support the former England captain at the premiere of the series, which sees Beckham returning to his east London roots to help save the under-14s Westward Boys from relegation.

During a Q&A after the screening, Beckham explained the importance of the show, saying: 'I wanted people to see how important grassroots football is. It's all about community, not only just in East London, but across the UK.' He later shared his own post, calling it an 'incredibly special evening' and adding: 'Great to see the @westwardboysfc again.'

David Beckham: Save Our Squad will be available to stream on Disney Plus from November 9.
