Former I'm A Celebrity winner Vicky Pattison has given fans a shocking glimpse into the brutal reality of Strictly Come Dancing training, revealing she's been left 'covered in bruises' after gruelling sessions with professional partner Graziano Di Prima.
The Physical Toll of Dance Training
The 33-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Story to share graphic evidence of the physical punishment she's enduring while preparing for the BBC show's launch. Pattison displayed extensive bruising covering her legs and torso, telling her 4.8 million followers: 'I look like I've been in a car crash.'
'This is just a snapshot of the bruises I've accumulated over the last few days of training,' she revealed. 'My body is going through absolute hell at the minute.'
Graziano's Gruelling Regime
Pattison praised her professional partner Graziano Di Prima's dedication but admitted the sessions have been incredibly demanding. 'Graziano is not taking it easy on me whatsoever - we are working so hard,' she confessed.
The Newcastle-born star detailed how even basic movements have become challenging: 'Everything hurts. I didn't know I had muscles in these places. I tried to put my hair in a ponytail yesterday and my arm got stuck.'

Pattison expressed astonishment at the physical demands of professional dancing, stating: 'I have so much respect for dancers and what they put their bodies through. This is next level.'
