TV personality Vicky Pattison and her husband Ercan Ramadan have made a significant decision about starting a family, opting to try for a baby this year. The couple, who married in August 2024, had been uncertain about parenthood but have now committed to the idea after exploring surrogacy and adoption in their E4 show, Vicky Pattison: Maybe, Baby?.
During the show, Vicky expressed concerns about how a baby might affect her TV career and her ability to be a good mother. However, after a date night conversation, she told Ercan: “I want a family and I want to be a mam.” Ercan agreed, saying: “I think we should try and have a baby this year.” Despite their excitement, Vicky admitted she is still scared, and Ercan confessed he is terrified too.
The couple’s decision comes amid their attendance at sex therapy, which Vicky revealed on the show. She explained that people assume she is wild, but she is actually “a bit of a prude” and struggles with judgment. The therapy aims to help them address these issues.
Vicky also sought advice from her friend of over 15 years, former TOWIE star Pete Wicks, who expressed envy at her relationship and said he would love to be in a position to have children one day.
